Single rule:
👉 One original photograph + one caption (max 40 words)
THEMES (Participants choose ONE)
Examples:
• Using dustbins
• Standing in queue
• Respecting public spaces
• Helping elders in public places
Caption prompt:
“Civic sense means ____.”
Examples:
• Helmets & seat belts
• Zebra crossings
• Children following traffic rules
• Parents setting the example
Caption prompt:
“This habit can save a life because ____.”
Examples:
• Water conservation
• Electricity saving
• Helping animals
• Inclusion & kindness
